Based on my unit 3 reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10. My physical well-being is a 6, the military keeps me in shape but injured at the same time. My spiritual well-being is a 8, my spiritual aspect in life is great, it's what keeps me going throughout my days. My psychological well-being is a 6, my psychological aspect isn't to great. The military mentally exhausted me. My physical goal is to fix all injuries and get back to my training. My spirituals goals are strong, but there's always room for improvement. My psychological goals are being worked on as we speak. I'm getting help from the military and my church to correct this. Now I'd say now my physical well-being is a 7, my spiritual aspect is still an 8, but it is stronger now than before. My psychological well-being is still a 6. I have made great progress towards my goals. I just believe and keep trucking towards the final outcome. I've now practice meditation and other types of relaxation.
