Unit 3
1.Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why?
My physical well-being is a 6, the military keeps me in shape but injured at the same time.
My spiritual well-being is a 8, my spiritual aspect in life is great, it's what keeps me going throughout my days.
My psychological well-being is a 6, my psychological aspect isn't to great. The military mentally ehausted me.
2.Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).
My physical goal is to fix all injuries and get back to my training.
My spirituals goals are strong, but there's always room for improvement.
My psychological goals are being worked on as we speak. I'm getting help from the military and my church to correct this.
