"Meeting Aesculapius" was
hard to concentrate on and some of the ideas in it very different. I
believe my meditation practices has improved greatly since I first started. I hated
envisioning someone you care for and think of their characteristics that you may
like. I used my wife and I see both her flaws and perfection, I’ll always tell
her about those. This exercise made me realize I need to be more appreciative and
understanding with my wife.
“One cannot lead another where one
has not gone himself”, means that a person can’t show anyone or help someone if
they haven’t learned it themselves. I believe this applies greatly the health
and wellness profession. In this profession your always helping someone and
they need to trust that you know your job and what your doing.
